Our training programs are designed to help you develop the necessary strength to safely improve flexibility, not hinder it. Your body will feel stronger in all the right ways, and you will be able to push your flexibility further with less risk of injury.

Embark on an exciting training plan to focus on full body flexibility.
Our classes focus on a variety of exercises to have you reaching your end-range flexibility goals. This includes your splits, backbends, needle-scales, bridges, chest stands… only to name a few!
Are you a beginner? Don’t worry, we have variations for everyone at all stages of their stretching journey. We’re excited for you to join us!
What to bring? Your yoga mat, grip socks, sweat towel, and water bottle.

Want to nail your splits and work your over-splits?
In this class, you’ll focus on tailored exercises that will have you mastering both front and middle splits.
Deepen your end-range stretch as you strengthen progressively, so that you can achieve your goals safely and effectively.
