What to bring? Your water bottle, sweat towel & grip socks. Wearing leggings is encouraged.

This is the ULTIMATE fat burner!
You’ll focus on muscle sculpting using resistance workouts for arms, booty, legs, and torso. You’ll leave us feeling elongated and toned!
What to bring? Your yoga mat, grip socks, water bottle, and sweat towel. Ankle weights are an optional bonus!
